• FJ5106 Rotary Lift Shim and Slider Kit for Rotary Two Post Surface Lifts
• Rotary Genuine O.E.M. Part FJ5106
• This kit includes 4 slide blocks and 8 shims for most Rotary 2 post surface lifts
• You will need one kit per lift column, so you will need 2 kits if you want to do the entire lift
• These slide blocks will work in most Rotary 2 post surface lifts
• If you want the black plastic slide blocks order them from the “Drop-Down” Menu

This Slider Kit Fits Rotary Models: SPO7, SPOA7, SPO9, SPOA9, SPO10, SPOA10 & Rotary Models up to 10,000 lb. Capacity with Double S shaped columns built after 1989
