• One Heavy Duty DOUBLE DISH Steel Spotting Dish and anchors

• Sixteen 3/4 X 5.5-inch Zinc Plated Anchor Bolts

• 30 Assorted Shims

• 10 shims in three sizes 1/16″ blue shims, 1/8″ red shims, 1/4″ black shim

(This kit has shims intended for lift installation on a somewhat level concrete floor, NOT for extremely uneven floors)
